I reserve rights to the artwork created for personal promotion or publication (of course credited to your character)

You will get a watermarked and unwatermarked version of the artwork. If you share artwork online, it must be the watermarked version. CREDIT APPROPRIATELY

DO NOT use my work as an NFT, or of anything similar. This will immediately get you blocked and blacklisted.

Do not sell my artwork for a higher price than it was purchased for.

Pricing and Payment

All payment is in USD through Ko-Fi (preferred) or PayPal

Payment is 100% upfront

In most cases, I will not negotiate/accommodate prices. Under specific circumstances, I may consider it, but do not count on it.

If a refund is needed, I will provide a refund proportional to the amount of work done (anywhere from a full refund to a 50% refund). Depending on whether it is a full or partial refund, I will send you the work that was finished.

The Process

As the artist, I have the right to refuse service to anyone

I cannot provide a specific time period that the piece will take to complete, but I will try to complete it within a month of starting (NOT GUARANTEED). I still have school/work/plans.

I will provide progress photos as I go through the process of creating the piece. I will not make any major changes after the sketch phase is finished.

I expect full, open communication. There is a chance I may forget a detail or something may be off. I will not continue the piece until you give me the go-ahead to move on
